"In The Name of Aurora"
"The night will pass,
Who walk in the dark,
but in the name of light, looking for the hope?"
("Les nuits passent,
Au nom de la lueur, qui passe dans l’obscurité et cherche l’espoir ?")
This photo was taken in western Greenland. When I raised my hand to take a selfie, the aurora exploded. I named the work "In the Name of Aurora", and hope all of us will find the light and hope in the long night.
極光呼喚系列 - 以光之名
黑夜總會過去，
誰，在黑暗中行走，
卻，以光之名，尋找希望？
在這漫長的黑夜，各位何嘗不是追光者，為一絲希望，為生存為生活前行？
北極光，總是給人心靈的感動，靈魂和宇宙的溝通。這作品是星雨先生獨自在格陵蘭西部，夜追極光時拍攝，在他舉手自拍之際，極光大爆發。他將作品命名為《以光之名》，願各追光者在漫長的夜裡，尋得光明與希望。
就以主席星雨先生在《極光舞曲》上的語句，向各位送上最真摯的祝福：
「回到屬於我的季節，舞動天上星宿，
曾白雪纷飛的每個夜，願幸福光影永留您身旁。」
** 此作品展出於，由聯合國教科文組織協辦於香港文化中心舉行的國際展覽「國際極光藝術展2021」(Exhibition of the arts of Aurora 2021) ，在全球 40位國際極光專家及藝術家作品中，第一主題作品。
